The internet connectivity is a mess, often dropping out!!! Additionally, the room temperature control is ineffective. it’s far from ideal to call this a five-star experience without better air conditioning!!!

The architecture is stunning, bringing a colonial Spanish style that is both inviting and impressive. The staff truly excelled, going above and beyond to ensure every need was met during our stay.

However, the noise level from nearby streets could be distracting at times.

everything during our stay at iberostar was amazing! the hotel is just a short walk to the port, and the views from our double room were breathtaking. the staff, especially eduardo, provided exceptional service that we will always remember. we loved the spa sensations with its wide range of treatments!

I enjoyed the beautifully decorated public areas and the serene surroundings of the Iberostar Heritage Grand Mencey. Its elegant architecture and lush gardens provided a restful ambiance, making it easy for me to relax and take leisurely strolls.

Carpets in the corridors need immediate attention.

Comfortable room, tasty breakfast, with the in-room coffee maker providing some of the best coffee I’ve had at a hotel breakfast and a relaxing outdoor swimming pool perfect for unwinding after exploring the city.

Loved the spacious junior suite, gave us plenty of room to move around after long days out. Also the location was great, park across the street kept the kids entertained and more than enough playgrounds.

It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable for what we got.
